Meet ‘Squeaky’....

We were alerted to Squeaky by Paphos Cat Lady supporter and friend Gail Patterson. Squeaky use to hang around the Ocean Basket restaurant (opposite Athena Beach Hotel) and Gail was concerned about her general appearance and red nose.

Using the trap that you financed, Richard caught the cat and she’s now in the excellent care of Tala Cats. Her nose was a simple fungal infection, however the vet discovered she’d previously had a broken jaw which had set badly so was unable to feed or clean herself properly. She will now be built up with soft food and have a possible jaw op in the future.

She’s under a year old and was extremely scared of people. She is however, starting to trust everyone at Tala Cats and Gail and Richard will visit when they can to make friends with her.

So as always, a big thank you to our supporters for financing the trap. It really does make catching the cats so much easier. Also to Tala Cats for their continuous expertise, help and unwavering love for these cats 💕

If you’re able to help Tala Cats with the vet bill, their PayPal is: (quote ‘Squeaky’)

Suzanne 😘
